I wonder what Bush said to the troops to get them to flee: Ah, ah, don’t engage them, those are our future citizens, ah if you engage, ah, then they won’t come here. Ordering our troops to flee undermines their mission and goes against their training and the troops’ oath to protect the country.

2) Creating A Temporary Worker Program “We Cannot Fully Secure The Border Unless We Take Pressure Off The Border – And That Requires A Temporary Worker Program.”
Mr. President how many times are we going to hear this line of crap? Part of immigration reform needs to deal with the entitlement system Americans are currently afforded. Cut welfare benefits to people who are not seeking work and they will take these “jobs that Americans won’t do.”

3) Holding Employers Accountable For The Workers They Hire “Enforcing Immigration Laws At The Worksite Is A Vital Part Of Any Successful Reform. We are cracking down on employers who knowingly violate the law.”
When? This should be easy there are already laws and penalties for companies that hire illegal aliens. Oh, President Bush must not know about them. Maybe it would be cheaper to tell him that than to rewrite the laws. How about just enforce those already in effect. By not enforcing them, we give them appearance that our rules are not a reality.

4) Resolving The Status Of The Millions Of Illegal Immigrants Already In The Country “The Administration Is Working With Democrats And Republicans To Find A Practical Answer That Lies Between Granting Automatic American Citizenship To Every Illegal Immigrant And Deporting Every Illegal Immigrant. The President Opposes Amnesty. Illegal Immigrants Who Have Roots In Our Country And Want To Stay Should Have To Pay A Meaningful Penalty For Breaking The Law, Pay Their Taxes, Learn English, And Work In A Job For A Number Of Years.”
Ah, ah, ah, just pay ah, ten dollars and agree to pick some lettuce and you’re a citizen. This still won’t deal with the real problem. Punishing those who are already here illegally by depriving them the opportunity to even become citizens in the future sounds like more of a solution.

5) Finding New Ways To Help Newcomers Assimilate Into Our Society “We Will Honor The American Tradition Of The Melting Pot And Help Immigrants Assimilate By Learning Our History, Our Values, And The English Language.”
I can just here him now: Ah, it’s your responsibility to educate them, because after all, I let them come here. Yeah, because America does not offer enough already, we should take on massive debt making sure they can communicate. Why should we be responsible for training them? Hey, maybe we should go back to all the previous generations who assimilated to the American culture on their own, and give them retribution for the suffering they went through.

Instead of turning to other nations for our labor force, perhaps we should stop aborting our future work force.

Take a moment to write the President and Vice President and tell them immigration reform must consist of:

1) As part of immigration reform cut social welfare programs to those who are flagrantly violating the system. Prosecute those abusing welfare for fraud, with orders of retribution. Require more prison sentences in welfare fraud cases.

2) Driver’s licenses given to citizens here on visas must contain the visa number on the driver’s license so they can check the status of the immigrant during routine stops. Tear down interior walls that prevent law enforcement officials from communicating. Especially when it comes to immigration concerns.

3) Add 10,000 more border patrol agents or the equal number of National Guardsmen. Create a legal defence fund for those Immigration officials in the field. Give law enforcement officials the tools to inquire citizen status without fear of being targeted for profiling. Give law enforcement the benefit of the doubt.

4) Build a wall along the border and use current technology to discover tunnels along the U.S. border.

5) Detain illegal aliens at the time of discovering they are illegal. Before deporting, run a full NCIC background check on those in custody. If they have warrants from previous encounters continue to detain them and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law. If no warrants, deport them immediately.

6) Punish businesses that knowingly violate our laws by employing illegal or undocumented workers. Make the Social Security Administration accountable when a business runs a social security number. Hold employers accountable for reporting the employment status to the Social Security department at which point the Social Security dept. would then notify all other proper authorities.

The face of the enemy in America is fascist Muslims. Our enemy thinks it is hilarious that we screen all the old ladies and babies at the airport and think we are making a difference, but we are not. Today our country is too politically correct, (which in America is ridiculous considering politically we have free speech) and our enemy knows this. A few months back several Muslim shaikhs boarded a plane and began to act in a way to intimidate all the passengers on the plane; it worked. The shaikhs were asked to leave the plane. The shaikhs are now suing. We succeeded in allowing the insane to rule the asylum. I still remember 9/11/2001. As long as we fail to recognize who are enemy is, and state that officially who they are; we will never make progress in the war effort. All of you speaking negative about the war effort and bashing the country, if half of that effort was spent on supporting the war effort we would win. What is winning, our enemy admits defeat and stops the aggression, if they don’t they continue to die until they do. Our enemy understands what winning is. They consider winning a U.S. withdrawal into obscurity and admit defeat to a lesser enemy and we live out the rest of our days in fear. Anti-war pundits need to stop using the deaths of American soldiers as a reason to leave, because that is what militaries do and I thank them for that. The problem with immigration, are the immigrants.

My country used to have a sense of loyalty from its citizens. People used to recite an oath: I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. What the hell happened to that? There are people here flying the flags of the country they fled in front of our nation’s capitol; which tells me, their allegiance is to the country they came from not the one they are in. Hey, you don’t have to love America, just don’t come if you don’t. Let us not forget, they came here. This is still the U.S. right? Mexico too could have freedom if they fight for it. We did, remember The Revolution? America has been called a great melting pot, but was that melting pot a statement that America would give up its sovereignty? “Ours perhaps are more peculiar than those of any other in the universe. It is a composition of the freest principles of the English constitution, with others derived from natural right and natural reason. To these nothing can be more opposed than the maxims of absolute monarchies. Yet, from such, we are to expect the greatest number of emigrants. What Jefferson feared is now being realized. Liberty means nothing to those whose generations who are not willing to die for it. The whole concept of freedom is foreign to most of the world! The immigration problems we are suffering today are a result of not learning from the past. Laziness will drive men to a monarchy. We are inundated by the news telling us that “we need our neighbors in the south to do jobs that Americans are not willing to do.” Not willing? What other choice do the not willing to do have; Welfare? According to the World Fact Book the U.S. has a work force of “151.4 million (includes unemployed) (2006 est.)” with “4.8% (2006 est.) unemployed” and “agriculture: 0.9% industry: 20.4% services: 78.6% (2006 est.).” President George Bush has stated “Our Nation deserves an immigration system that secures our borders and honors our proud history as a Nation of immigrants.” Part 2 of his reform includes “By creating a lawful and orderly channel for foreign workers to come to America on a temporary basis, a temporary worker program would help reduce the number of people trying to sneak past the Border Patrol, freeing agents to focus on apprehending violent criminals and terrorists who pose a threat to our security.” And finally “Many organizations, from churches to businesses to civic associations, are already working to answer this call.” So let me see if I have this right: 151.4 citizens, times 4.8 percent unemployed = 7,267,200 with the U.S. Census bureau estimating the population of illegal citizens in America currently at between 12 and 20 million which would average to 16 million. Over twice the population of our unemployed. Tell me how this equates to the price of produce. We pay over 7 million people to not work i.e. the unemployed with 16 million illegals here to work. Would it not be cheaper to deport illegal aliens, let the job market reflect the price, pay Americans more to do the jobs, (which would cut the unemployment rate) stop paying social welfare? Immigration reform in no way is reflecting the Americans who are unwilling to work. I have no problem with people who do not want to work, but I sure as hell should not have to pay them for it. Last, if we are going to allow immigration to this great country should we not at least expect them to speak the language, learn our culture and traditions and make statement of loyalty to our country. This would not be robbing them of their culture, it is simply preserving ours.

The war in Iraq is not going as planned, but what war does? “A good plan violently executed now is better than a perfect plan executed next week.”-General George S. Patton

The Democrats would have you believe that the war is not going as planned, but what they need is a lesson in history. A lesser enemy’s strategy is not to win battles, they fight war by attrition. General George Washington knew that in order for the War of Independence to succeed, Washington would have to keep his army together. Winning battles was not his goal.
An example of how the war of attrition works: On April 9, 1865, Robert E. Lee surrendered the Confederate Army to Ulysses S. Grant at the Appomattox Court House. This was the beginning of the “Reconstruction Period of the South” and the question on how they would rebuild the South. The South was still stinging from the loss of what they considered property i.e. the slaves. The South was not happy about the Northern occupation of the recently conquered rebellion states; they wanted things to return to the way they were and soon. This was the formation of the Ku Klux Klan, which was a domestic terrorist group whose sole purpose was to intimidate the freed slaves and the Northern occupiers. The Klan was willing to: threaten, rape, lynch, burn down stores and pillage. From 1865-77 this continued to wear on the morale of the Northerners who wanted the Civil War to fade into history. The South entered a treaty with the Northern states to withdrawal their troops. The Northern Army withdrew, the chance of justice was lost and the South fell to nearly 100 more years of domestic terrorism on the African Americans. The moral of the story is that eventually the Southern hostilities needed to be dealt with. Withdrawal cost many innocent lives. The insurgents in Iraq blowing up the innocent civilians are nothing new; the only thing new is the excuse the Democrats give that we cannot win. If we cut and run i.e. “redeploy” they are right, if we don’t fight we can’t win. But what Americans need to understand is that we toppled a regime. We cannot leave them in good conscience. Saddam Hussein is gone and that is a good thing. Iraqis are now holding free elections. They have a workable Constitution, that is tremendous when compared to the time it took the U.S. to frame one. The reality is war sucks, people die on both sides and you can’t win if you don’t fight. The Democrats need to fund the war, without setting dates for withdrawal or attaching a minimum wage bill to the funding bill. A final thought: four years of occupation is not that long. We are still in Japan, Germany and several other areas. If we leave they win. SUPPORT OUR TROOPS!
